Mr. Wayne P. Hall has served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Petro Resources Corporation since April 2005. Between January 2004 and April 2005, Mr. Hall managed his family investments in securities and oil and gas interests. From January 2002 until January 2004 Mr. Hall served as Senior Advisor to Energy Partners, Ltd. Mr. Hall served as President and Director of Hall-Houston Oil Company, a privately owned exploration and production concern from October 1983 until January 2002. Prior to joining served in various executive and administrative positions with small independent energy companies. Mr. Hall was instrumental in developing several innovative financing structures involving vendor participation. He was also involved in the initial development of the volumetric production payment as it is known today. Mr. Hall received a BS degree from Texas State University. |
