The Executive Compensation Analyzer^®

The Executive Compensation Analyzer is a database of compensation information for over executives across US public companies. This database is compiled from thousands of SEC filings including DEF 14/A, 10-K, 8-K, and 10-Q filings.

For each executive’s compensation information is available on over 80 different data fields including annual direct compensation, long term incentive compensation, options exercised and value of stocks vested, accumulated pension benefit and non-qualified deferred compensation, value of unexercised vested and non-vested equity stock awards, and employment termination clause values.

The 2008 Business Directory of U.S. Public Companies is a printed version of the database of 10,078 companies. Published annually in January the directory is over 2,600 pages and includes seven indexes and in a user-friendly format saving hours of research for the user.
