Treasa joined Faegre & Benson as an associate in 2005. She focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions. Characteristic transactions include commercial property acquisition and divestment, title examination and reformations, drafting easement and license agreements, and commercial and retail space lease negotiations. Her practice regularly involves coordinating real estate due diligence for complex corporate merger and acquisition transactions. In addition, Treasa has experience with common interest community regulation, low-income housing funding transactions, loan document preparation, mezzanine finance transactions, and high value residential real estate acquisitions.
