Terry M. Talley serves as Acxiom’s chief technology leader. In this position, he is responsible for the overall architecture of Acxiom technology and leads Acxiom’s research and development efforts.
Terry joined Acxiom in June 1995 as a software developer and became an officer in 2007. Over his career at Acxiom, he has been involved in many of Acxiom’s key technology innovations, notably as the chief architect for the AbiliTec product and Acxiom’s grid-infrastructure technology, where he continues his role as chief architect.
From 1982 to 1995, Terry worked for IBM in a variety of software development and networking organizations, including the IBM Federal Systems Division at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX; the IBM Information Network in Dallas, TX; and IBM ISSC in Research Triangle Park, NC.
Terry is an active member of the Association for Computing Machinery and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers. He received a B.S. in computer science from Baylor University, an M.S. in computer science from the University of Texas at Arlington, and an M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. |
