Shahram Askarpour joined IS&S in 2003. He was instrumental in leading the team that received FAA certification of the first IS&S Large Flat Panel Cockpit Display. Prior to joining IS&S Shahram held Managerial and Engineering positions with companies such as Smiths Aerospace Instrumentation Technology and Marconi Avionics. Shahram has 25 years of industry experience and has designed a variety of avionics products such as VHF radio GPWS Doppler Radar Systems and Cockpit Displays. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Middlesex University England a MS in Systems Engineering and a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Brunel University England. He has also trained in SEI CMM at Carnegie Mellon University. |
