Paul J. Dombrowski is a shareholder member of Godfrey & Kahn's Real Estate Practice Group in the Firm's Madison office. He counsels clients on all facets of real estate law, including development, acquisitions and sales, tax incremental financing, mortgage lending, leasing, construction, annexation, zoning and land use. Paul's statewide practice and reputation has established him as one of Wisconsin's leading real estate attorneys. He has successfully represented real estate clients for more than 16 years, including: Developers, lenders, and community development entities in numerous New Markets Tax Credit transactions. Lenders and developers in numerous Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects.
