Nils was previously a Managing Director at Bear Stearns. Prior to joining Bear Stearns, he was at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette from 1994 to 2000 and remained through the acquisition by Credit Suisse First Boston until 2002. At DLJ, he founded the M&A Transaction Development Group, which grew to become a significant factor in the firm’s M&A marketing activities, and later managed the Financial Sponsor Group. His clients included a number of DLJ’s most important LBO and corporate clients. He has held various other M&A and related positions at major investment banking firms, including Merrill Lynch. Nils is a 1975 graduate from Harvard College and received his MBA in 1979 from Harvard Business School. |
