Mark S. Reich earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College and his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. While in law school, Mr. Reich interned in the chambers of Honorable David Friedman and Honorable Leon Ruchelsman of the New York Supreme Court, Kings County. He also served as an intern in the Kings County District Attorney's Office and as a legal intern for CourtTV in New York City.
Upon graduation from law school, Mr. Reich practiced commercial litigation at Rivkin Radler LLP. Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Reich also practiced commercial litigation at Nixon Peabody LLP, where his practice included insurance coverage and regulatory litigation. Mr. Reich joined the Firm in 2005. Mr. Reich concentrates his practice on securities and consumer fraud class actions.
Mr. Reich is admitted to practice before the courts of the states of New York and New Jersey, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Reich is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
