Since joining Memry in 2000 as the director of human resources Marcy has assumed increasing responsibility and was promoted to Vice President in 2002. Prior employment includes over 11 years with Pitney Bowes Inc. as a member of the corporate legal staff. While at Pitney Bowes she was promoted to director of benefits and compensation and director of new product development and strategic planning for the financial services division. Ms. Macdonald's primary objective when joining Memry Corporation was to support its strong employee oriented culture with world class benefits and innovative programs. She is an active member of the Memry executive team and continues to champion "best inclass" recruiting strategies that have enabled Memry to retain its highly skilled work force at each of its facilities and become an employer of choice in the industries in which the company does business. Ms. Macdonald earned her B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany and holds a J.D. from Quinnipiac School of Law in Connecticut.
