Lyndon Williams has more than twenty years experience of Human Resources and People Development. He has worked extensively inside organisations facilitating business change. Prior to joining Senn Delaney Leadership, Lyndon held senior positions with Renault UK, Electrocomponents plc and latterly with Waste Management International. At Senn Delaney Leadership, Lyndon has led large transformation projects with the following clients : Jaguar, Airbus, United Utilities, Ford and Knowsley Council. Other clients include Alcoa, McDonald’s Canada, GlaxoSmithKline, Hutchison 3G, Liverpool City Council and Land Rover.
