Lisa is the Firm's Director of Taxation. She is charged with keeping the Firm's clients and professional staff informed about significant taxation matters and about the impact of those developments in specific industries. She also serves as the Firm's liaison to the women business enterprise (WBE) community.
Some of Lisa's recent projects include termination of a high tech company's pension and profit sharing plan, general business planning for a start-up advertising agency, drafting of proposed tax legislation with respect to environmental clean-up costs, development of estate and Medicaid planning strategies for a newly, retired couple and investment analysis of a charitable remainder trust.
Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant with approximately 15 years experience in public accounting. She completed her Masters Degree in Taxation at Bentley College where she also obtained her B.S. in Accountancy.
Lisa joined the Firm in 1995 having spent the last 9 years with KPMG Peat Marwick, one of the largest international accounting firms in the world. She has extensive experience in the high technology, printing and publishing, manufacturing and distribution, construction and high net worth individuals industries.
Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the South Shore Women's Business Network. She has served as a board member of the SSWBN and chaired their financial team.
