Kenneth S. Steely practices in the areas of governmental affairs, litigation and gaming law. He was born in Augusta. Georgia. Mr. Steely is married to Mary Virginia ("Ginny") with whom he has a daughter, Madalyn Anne. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law. He was admitted to the Alabama State Bar in 2004. Mr. Steely served four years in the United States Army, obtaining the rank of Sergeant. He worked for three years in the Alabama Attorney General's Office serving as Special Deputy Attorney General advising the Attorney General on policy matters, legislative issues, criminal and civil litigation, and working extensively with Alabama laws dealing with gaming.
