Kay Koplovitz is a member of Brock Capital Group LLC and Founder and Principal of Koplovitz & Co., which provides advisory services to entertainment companies, sports organizations, advertisers and distributors and advises companies on growth strategies.
Previously, Ms. Koplovitz was Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of USA Networks, which held the number one ranking in primetime viewership among cable networks in thirteen of her last fourteen years as CEO. During her time at USA Networks, she launched the Sci-Fi Channel and USA Networks International. USA Networks was the first to negotiate cable rights to major league sport including Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and the National Hockey Association
Since her tenure at USA Networks, Ms. Koplovitz has served as Chief Executive Officer of Working Woman Network, Chairman of the National Women’s Business Council, and Chairperson and Board Member of Springboard Enterprises, which has generated over $1 billion of investment capital and funding for women-owned businesses since its inception in 2001.
