Jonathan joined the London office of Mayer Brown in 2000 and was appointed partner in 2003. Between 1995 and 2000, he worked for another prominent UK law firm, and earlier held research and business positions in London and Cambridge. Jonathan is Secretary and Member of the Association of Pension Lawyers' Legislative and Parliamentary Committee. Over 2003 to 2007, he led the APL's work on two key areas of legislation, tax simplification and age discrimination.
