John C. Holstein has more than 39 years of experience in the profession, including 27 years as a judge. Before joining the firm, Mr. Holstein served 12 years on the Supreme Court of Missouri, including as Chief Justice from 1995-1997.
His clients include financial institutions, government entities, utilities and not-for-profit agencies and he provides a broad range of alternative dispute resolution services (arbitration and mediation), including employment, tort, construction, real estate, probate and insurance disputes. He has substantial experience representing clients in both state and federal appellate matters.
Mr. Holstein's services have been used in the mediation and arbitration of hundreds of disputes. He serves as an arbitration and mediation panelist for the American Arbitration Association. He has also tried and defended complex tort cases, real estate litigation and unfair competition cases.
