He is a full-time management consultant who travels extensively to assist clients and also lectures on fraud and forensic accounting. In addition to designing and implementing audit and compliance programs for franchisors and other Fortune 1000 companies, he has personally conducted more than 200 field audits. His work has identified critical systematic problems and millions of reimbursement dollars owed to the affected organizations. Jim is also a court-recognized expert witness; lecturer on varying subjects of fraud and forensic auditing; and has published 18 articles in the past three years covering these topics.
