Gregory W. Thom joined Capella Education Company in 2003 and has been serving as vice president general counsel of the company and secretary of the company's board of directors since that time. From 2002 to 2003 he served as vice president global sales and distribution at Datacard Group and from 2000 to 2002 as vice president government solutions with the same company. He was Datacard Group’s vice president general counsel and secretary from 1994 to 2000. From 1991 to 1994 Thom was an attorney with Dorsey & Whitney LLP a Minneapolis-based law firm. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Bethel College (now Bethel University) a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut and a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law. |
