Georg Reitboeck joined Kenyon & Kenyon as an associate in the New York office in 2003. Since then, Mr. Reitboeck has been involved in various patent litigation matters.
Prior to joining Kenyon & Kenyon, Mr. Reitboeck worked as an associate in the Intellectual Property department of one of Austria's preeminent law firms. His practice covered the full breath of intellectual property matters, including patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition matters. Prior to that, Mr. Reitboeck also served as a law clerk at various courts in Vienna, Austria and worked as an associate in another firm where his practice was primarily contracts, torts and bankruptcy law.
Mr. Reitboeck earned a Ph.D. in law (Doctor iuris) from the Vienna University for his thesis on the law of employee inventions, which was published in 2003. He also earned an LL.M. degree from New York University in 2000 and a masters degree (Magister iuris) from Vienna University in 1997.
