Edith Ginsberg currently serves as Senior Human Resources Officer (SHRO) for Citigroup’s Corporate Center. In this capacity she supports the Finance organization, the Citigroup Alternative Investments business, and the functions reporting to the Chief Administrative Office including Independent Risk & Compliance, Human Resources & Corporate Affairs, Legal, Audit Risk Review, Operations &Technology, and International Operations. She is responsible for the job families of the Corporation focused on developing talent to meet business goals. Edith also continues to champion the e-Staffing and e-Learning efforts for the Corporation. Previously she served as SHRO for e-Citi and prior to that SHRO for the Citigroup Technology organization. During her career at Citigroup, she has held various Human Resources positions in the different business segments of Citigroup.
Prior to joining the company, Edith was the Manager of Labor Relations and Head of Employee Relations for Montefiore Hospital and Medical Center.
Edith graduated from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations. She also holds a Masters degree from New York University. |
