Donald E. Anderson is Of Counsel to the firm in the Scottsdale office, specializing in real estate and construction.
Mr. Anderson is a member of the Commissioner's Select Committee on the Rules and Regulations of the Arizona Department of Real Estate and a member of the Construction and Real Property Law Committees of the State Bar of Arizona. He has been AV-rated by Martindale since 1982 and is the author of "Rolling Options, The Way to Buy Lots in the 90's," published in the Arizona Real Property Journal and "Buying Property in Mexico," published in Arizona Business Magazine.
Mr. Anderson is Vice Chairman of the Aviation Bond Committee for the City of Phoenix, a member of the Executive Bond Committee for the City of Phoenix, a Life member of the Phoenicians Committee of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Squaw Peak Freeway Advisory Committee to the Arizona Department of Transportation. He was on the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors from 2002-2003 and the former president of the Cross in the Desert Methodist Church Foundation.
Mr. Anderson received his B.S. from Arizona State University in 1965 and earned his J.D. at University of Arizona in 1968.
