Denny has extensive experience handling matters relating to corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, with a particular emphasis on tax planning. He began his practice with the international tax-consulting group of an international accounting firm in New York, planning both U.S. inbound and U.S. outbound investments. Denny advises clients on the formation, operation, structuring and restructuring of business entities, non-profit corporations, executive compensation and mergers and acquisitions. He has also represented real estate developers and foreign investors in U.S. real estate in a variety of projects and transactions.
