As chief financial officer, David Conte provides Opsware with a depth of expertise in operations and financial controls. He joined Opsware in 1999 shortly after the company’s inception, and previously held the roles of vice president of finance as well as corporate controller. In addition to his finance roles at Opsware, he also served as head of treasury and risk management, and has overseen both IT and facilities. Prior to Opsware, Conte spent eleven years at Ernst & Young in their High Technology practice. Conte is a Certified Public Accountant and has a B.S. from the University of California at Santa Barbara. |
