David Webster practices in the areas of acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial real property. Prior to joining Stein & Lubin, Mr. Webster was a real estate associate at the firms of Pettit & Martin and Cassidy, Shimko & Dawson in San Francisco. His experience includes the negotiation and documentation of commercial real property acquisition, disposition, management, leasing and financing matters; foreclosure and deed-in-lieu matters; real property-secured lending; shopping center CC&Rs and related documents; and landlord/tenant matters. Mr. Webster earned a B.A. in linguistics magna cum laude and with departmental honors from the University of California at Berkeley in 1984, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa, and an M.A. in anthropology at Yale University in 1985 as a Yale Fellowship recipient. He earned his J.D. degree in 1989 at New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Review of Law and Social Change. |
