Non-utility segment operates independent electric generating facilities and own economic interests in other energy related entities. Manufacturing segment manufactures pumps, water treatment products and fluid handling equipment with manufacturing, sales and distribution facilities. The group operates in the United States, Australia, Canada, China, the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Mexico, New Zealand and other countries.
