In addition it also offers refinancing, construction loans, second mortgages, debt consolidation and home equity loans. The services provided by the group include data entry, compilation of personal financing and other materials including appraisals, titles, credit reports, employment verification and underwriting. The group provides both on line and traditional mortgage services through mortgage brokers who are independent contractors.
