The group does not have an active operating business at the end of year 2002. On 13-Mar-2002, the group acquired certain property and equipment and a license to certain intellectual property to produce salmon caviar and salmon caviar-related products. In contemplation of the acquisition, the group incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, golden caviar corp on 15-Feb-2002 to operate the caviar business. The processing and sale of caviar and caviar-related products was the group's primary business from late Mar 2002 until Jun 2002. The group terminated its involvement in the caviar business, returned remaining assets and settled liabilities of the caviar business, became inactive and began the search for new business opportunities.
