The group's principal activities are the exploration, production and transportation of oil and natural gas in Tennessee and Kansas. The group leases oil and gas properties for exploration and development. The group has 22 natural gas producing wells and six oil producing wells in the swan creek field in Tennessee. Its products are supplied to local refining companies, local utilities and private industry end users. The group, through its subsidiary, transmits natural gas through its pipeline to the customers.
