Mr. Kemna has served in this capacity since March 2004. From 2002 to March 2004 he was Executive Vice President Global Initiatives of SAP AG. Mr. Kemna was President and Chief Executive Officer of SAP America Inc. from April 2000 to September 2002. He was also a member of SAP's extended executive board from 2000 to March 2004 with responsibility for the Americas. Mr. Kemna began his career with SAP in 1987 and served as managing director at SAP’s German subsidiary responsible for sales and marketing efforts from July 1998 until April 2000. Between 1995 and 1998 Mr. Kemna headed SAP operations in Africa the Middle East and the southeast of Europe. Mr. Kemna joined BearingPoint’s board of directors in April 2001.
