Willow E. Radcliffe earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1994 and her Juris Doctor degree from the Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, in 1998. Ms. Radcliffe clerked for the Honorable Maria-Elena James, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, prior to joining the Firm. Ms. Radcliffe's practice at Coughlin Stoia focuses on the prosecution of securities class actions and derivative actions in state and federal court. She is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. |
