Mr. Whitehead contributes significant expertise in financial matters including financial planning and audit procedures. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer for Pneutronics Incorporated, a multi-million dollar process and safety systems manufacturer. Mr. Whitehead has held a variety of financial management positions with Deloitte & Touche and Graphic Packaging Corporation (GPK-NYSE). After attending West Point, Mr. Whitehead received a B.S. in Accounting from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and received his MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School at Northwestern University. |
