William I. Weisberg is a veteran of the healthcare industry with extensive experience serving in a variety of senior-level positions for long term care operators. Bill is an expert in improving operating efficiencies and increasing profitability in distressed nursing homes and multi-level long term care facilities.
In addition to serving as a member of the Focus Management Group team, Bill is also COO of Saber Healthcare Group, LLC, a regional long term care company that specializes in turning around under-performing SNF and LTAC healthcare facilities. In this capacity, Bill fulfils Administrator roles and oversees the day-to-day operations of portfolio businesses.
Previously, Bill served in several senior-level roles for a regional nursing home company. As Administrator and Regional Director, Bill led the acquisition and transition of a new facility and increased overall census, improved patient mix and drove profits. As Chief Operating Officer, Bill streamlined overall operations and corrected system management issues. During his tenure, Bill improved collections, introduced an updated cash management system, stabilized census and significantly increased profitability for the company.
