William Shaver - Executive Vice President of Retail Marketing Atlas Indiana Responsible for all of the Retail Wholesale business of Atlas Oil Company in Indiana. Bill Shaver has over 28 years of experience focused mainly in the Retail Service Station Industry. Previously, Bill was Director of Operations for Clark Retail Enterprises' 650 company operated locations. Bill was also Vice President of Operations for Welsh, Inc., a large Exxon-Mobil and BP-Amoco distributor. As Vice President of Strategic Services at Welsh, Inc. Bill managed the company's real estate portfolio, including environmental remediation projects, and was nominated by Indiana Governor Frank O'Bannon to two terms on the state's Financial Assurance Board.
