Will Schwartz co-founded INTECH based upon the confidence that the new company would succeed by applying creative thinking, tenacity, and hard work on every project, for every client. He leads the company through his renowned bridging of client vision and construction realities, never wavering from the belief that there is a collaborative solution to every situation.
A master of conceptual thinking, Will is adept in logistical, constructability, and financial issues of projects. You will often see Will on project sites where he is not only motivating the workers with his jovial, can-do manner but is also encouraging the client to witness the complexities first-hand. With an inherent sense of fairness blended with a firm self-determination, Will has a great capacity to serve his company and community at very deep levels. He has twice received the honor of "Entrepreneur of The Year" and been the recipient of the prestigious "40 under 40" award. Will is a member of the Board of Directors of the University City District, the Greater Philadelphia Preservation Alliance, and The Shipley School.
A native of Peru, Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. |
