William Reisler was initially elected to our Board of Directors pursuant to the terms of a stockholders’ agreement which terminated upon the closing of the Company’s initial public offering in 2004. Mr. Reisler has served on our Board of Directors since our conversion to a corporation in April 2000 and he served on an advisory board to our predecessor entity prior to that time. Mr. Reisler is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Kansas City Equity Partners (KCEP) a private equity fund that with affiliates manages over $2.0 billion in assets. Mr. Reisler currently serves as Managing Partner of Consumer Growth Partners an affiliate of KCEP focused on private equity investments in specialty retail and branded consumer companies. His corporate experience includes development of new products for Hallmark Cards Inc. and strategic planning for Sprint Corporation. Mr. Reisler holds a bachelor of science degree in economics from the University of Illinois. He also holds a master of business administration degree from the University of Southern California. Mr. Reisler has supported numerous civic and charitable organizations. He currently serves as a director of the Harry S. Truman Library Institute. Mr. Reisler his wife and two children reside in Kansas City Missouri. |
