As the Senior Vice President of Finance for Layered Technologies, William has over 10 years experience in the financial services sector, most recently having built a successful private investment banking practice in Florida. He spent 4 years with the Mergers & Acquisitions Group for Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City, where he closed more than $1.5 billion of transactions. Prior to CSFB, he worked as an Associate in Legg Mason’s Structured Finance Group in Baltimore after a successful tenure as an Officer in Chemical Bank’s Real Estate Finance Group in New York City. William earned his MBA from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
