Mr. Palatucci is Senior Vice President, General Counsel. He previously represented CEC for more than 15 years as outside counsel and lobbyist. Before joining CEC, Mr. Palatucci was a partner in the law firm of Dugi, Hewit & Palatucci, P.C., in Cranford, N.J., founding and heading the firm's government affairs department, which provided legislative and regulatory affairs counsel. Mr. Palatucci is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the National Advisory Board of the John J. Heldrich Center for Workforce Development at Rutgers University. He also sits on the Board of Trustees at the University of Phoenix/Jersey City, and the Board of Visitors at Seton Hall University School of Law. Mr. Palatucci is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and received his BA in business administration from Rutgers College. |
