Bill Oswald is a vice president in the public finance group at Piper Jaffray and has eight years of investment banking experience. He joined the firm in 2007 as a vice president in the housing and real estate group within public finance. He currently specializes in structuring and underwriting loan participations for private developers who are engaged in commercial real estate projects.
Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, Oswald worked for a Minneapolis-based investment bank. He served in underwriting a wide variety of transactions, including municipal bond offerings for multi-family housing and senior living projects and loan participations for commercial real estate projects of all types.
Oswald earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota. |
