William Buchholz has amassed a great deal of experience in skillfully managing corporate finances. He served as the Senior VP and CFO for Nalco Chemical Co. ($2.5B specialty chemicals) from 1993 to 2000. Prior to this, he was the VP and CFO for Cincinnati Milacron ($1B industrial equipment company) from 1975 to 1992, also acting as treasurer and assistant controller at the same time. Mr. Buchholz holds an MBA in finance from Michigan State University. He is active on numerous Boards, including present involvement as audit committee chairman and financial expert of Penford Corporation (NASDAQ: PENX), a $270M specialty chemical and food additives company. He is also active in a similar role for Rockford Products Company, a $120M metal forming and fastener company serving the automotive industry. His advisory experience extends to several Colorado technology companies, including current participation in Conduant, Aero Solutions and AnswerOn.
