William Adams is a senior managing director in FTI's Technology practice in Washington, D.C. He specializes in litigation discovery, database creation and management and courtroom presentation technologies. He is adept at finding the most efficient use of litigation technology across the spectrum of client requirements with particular depth and experience in the application of electronic discovery and knowledge management solutions.
Mr. Adams has supported cases in federal and state jurisdictions across the United States including Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, Minnesota and California. Clients he has assisted include Williams & Connolly, Arnold & Porter, Hughes Hubbard & Reed, Kirkland & Ellis, Microsoft, Wyeth, Philip Morris, RJ Reynolds, and Johnson Wax. One of his most notable cases was U.S. v. Microsoft, an antitrust matter involving the Department of Justice. Mr. Adams currently provides technical and workflow consulting for a major domestic pharmaceutical manufacturer whose review team number more than 500 and whose page count exceeds 200,000,000.
Prior to joining FTI in 1998, Mr. Adams served as a Staff Attorney for Howrey & Simon. There he performed associate level litigation functions and was responsible for the creation of graphic presentations in complex patent litigation.
Mr. Adams holds a J.D. from George Mason School of Law & Economics and a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University. |
