Mr. Roche has been part of the San Diego banking community for over a decade. He has held finance positions for Bank of Commerce, US Bank, First International Bank, Community National Bank, and 1st Pacific Bank. Prior to joining Ramona National Bank, he was Vice President and Controller for San Diego National Bank, where he was responsible for all accounting operations for the Bank.
