Mr. Porter has served on our Board of Directors since March 2004. He is the Chairman and a founding partner of Porter & Hedges, L.L.P., a Houston law firm formed in 1981. Mr. Porter also serves as a director of Gundle/SLT Environmental, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of geosynthetic lining solutions, products and installation services around the world, and as a director of U.S. Concrete, Inc., a value-added provider of ready-mixed concrete and related products and services to the construction industry in several major markets in the United States. Mr. Porter graduated with a B.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University in 1963 and received his law degree (LL.B.) from Duke University in 1966. |
