Bill McDermott has served as a Director of the Company since July 2007. Mr. McDermott is the President & CEO of SAP Americas & Asia Pacific Japan and a Corporate Officer of SAP AG, the largest business software company in the world. Prior to joining SAP, McDermott served as executive vice president of worldwide sales and operations at Siebel Systems, and president of Gartner, Inc., where he led the company's core operations. He spent 17 years at Xerox Corporation, where he progressively rose through the ranks to become the company's youngest corporate officer and division president. Mr. McDermott is also a Director of Under Armour, a performance apparel company dedicated to technologically advanced products, and PAETEC Communications, a nationwide integrated communications provider. In 2005, McDermott was elected to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. |
