William (Bill) Dauber has practiced law since 1989, concentrating on mergers &
acquisitions, securities law and corporate finance. Dauber was previously associated
with Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal and Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein, LLP.
He has represented venture capital funds, investment funds, investment banks,
software companies, IT consulting firms and manufacturers on a broad range of
corporate matters. Currently his focus is on Securities Exchange Act disclosure,
compliance and corporate governance work for our public company clients and
corporate financing transactions.
Mr. Dauber received his B.A. degree in 1985 from New York University and his J.D. in
1989 from the National Law Center at The George Washington University, where he
graduated with honors.
