Mr. Lunsford is a partner in the firm's Huntsville office and is a member of the firm's Healthcare Litigation and Business Litigation Sections. Mr. Lunsford has substantial experience in representing public and private entities in litigation matters in both state and federal courts. He regularly represents clients in a broad variety of litigation matters, including contract disputes (both private and government contracts), construction litigation, lender liability actions, trademark and copyright infringement actions, commercial real estate disputes, landlord-tenant litigation, shareholder disputes, personal injury actions, product liability claims, civil rights litigation and class actions.Mr. Lunsford is actively involved in the representation of healthcare institutions, physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses and other medical professionals and personnel in a variety of matters, including medical malpractice litigation, civil rights actions, contract disputes, license and disciplinary actions. Mr. Lunsford's healthcare practice focuses in part upon correctional healthcare providers on various matters, including risk management issues, consent decree compliance, regulatory compliance, staffing, licensure and credentialing issues, the development and implementation of policies, procedures and protocols, informed consent and third-party provider issues. |
