Mr. LaRue has served as our Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer Treasurer and Secretary since June 2006. From April 2001 to May 2006 Mr. LaRue served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Micromet Inc. formerly CancerVax Corporation a biotechnology company focused on the treatment and control of cancer. From March 2000 to February 2001 Mr. LaRue served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of eHelp Corporation a provider of user assistance software. From January 1997 to February 2000 Mr. LaRue served as Vice President and Treasurer of Safeskin Corporation a medical device company and from January 1993 to January 1997 he served as Treasurer of GDE Systems Inc. a high technology electronic systems company. Mr. LaRue received a B.S. in business administration and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. |
