William Kerr has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2006 and as our Chief Corporate Officer since June 2007. He served as Chief Executive Officer of JSE Partners Inc., a private equity investment company, from September 2005 to June 2007, and also from November 2001 to March 2004. Mr. Kerr served as Chief Financial Officer at Nortel Networks Corp., a global communications equipment company, from March 2004 to February 2005 and as Senior Advisor at Nortel Networks Corp. from February 2005 to September 2005. From 1994 until 2001, Mr. Kerr held several senior executive positions at Nortel Networks, including Senior Vice President of Finance, Vice President and Treasurer, and Vice President and Controller. Mr. Kerr is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario. |
