Based in the Little Falls headquarters, Bill Downey is responsible for Kline’s promotion and delivery of management consulting services to the global petroleum industry.
With over 25 years of petroleum industry and consulting experience, Bill has helped large and small energy companies around the world make better investments and improve earnings. He is particularly passionate about helping clients improve earnings through revenue growth and has led the firm in the use of PALMs, a proprietary profitability benchmarking tool, to deliver results. His experience is geographically broad as he has directed and supported projects for clients on six continents.
Prior to joining Kline, Bill held several positions within the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies, including Shell Oil Company and Royal Lubricants Company. His responsibilities there included market development, technical support sales, product trading and product line management.
Mr. Downey holds a BA in chemistry from Rutgers College and an MBA from the Graduate School of Management at Rutgers University. He is currently a member of the American Chemical Society, and the Society of Automotive Engineers. He is a sought after speaker and moderator for industry events. |
