Mr. Benson has been a Director of the Company since June 2005. Since 2005, Mr. Benson has been Senior Vice President and Inland Area Executive of the Bank. Mr. Benson was Vice-President and Loan Officer of the Bank from 1985 to 2005. Mr. Benson has served on the Credit Committee of the Bank since 1993. He began his banking career in 1976. Mr. Benson currently serves as Trustee and Finance Committee Chairman of Conway Hospital; Commissioner and Treasurer of Shoreline Behavioral Health Services; Vice Chairman of the Board of Visitors of Coastal Carolina University Wall School of Business; and Board Member and Treasurer at Smith Jones Recreation Center. |
