William L. Coleman, President, has extensive financial and administrative experience in the oil and gas industry. Bill represents Zavanna in its various business negotiations, the development of the Industry Joint Exploration Agreements, and the management of its producing properties. Bill received a B.A. in Economics from Duke University in 1973 and his M.B.A. from Tulane in 1975. He began his career as a landman with Atlantic Richfield working successively in their Denver, Dallas and Midland offices. In 1979, he moved to Aminoil USA in Houston to work offshore Gulf Coast and later became Division Land Manager. In 1981 Bill founded Prairie Petroleum. Using conventional exploration methods prior to joining forces with Bravo, Prairie has caused 110 wells to be drilled with an overall success rate of 46% in the Rocky Mountains and West Texas. |
