William J. McGarry joined St. Jude Medical as Vice President, Information Technology and Chief Information Officer in September 2005 with global responsibility for the company's information technology (IT) organization.
Prior to joining the company, McGarry served as Vice President, Enterprise Applications, at Medtronic, Inc., where he was responsible for managing global enterprise applications development and deployment. McGarry also previously held executive IT positions at several companies, including General Electric, Owens Corning, Honeywell, and Pillsbury.
Mr. McGarry holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Lourdes College of Toledo, Ohio.
